º De conformidad con el artículo 3º de la Ley 14 de 1991, al asignar los espacios para programas de carácter Informativo, modalidad de Opinión, el Consejo Nacional de Televisión procurará adjudicarlos a proponentes distintos de Informativo Noticiero. A su vez los de mejor clasificación según el Horario a quienes tengan menor número de espacios, siempre que tengan derecho a programas informativos de opinión.
