Una vez efectuados esos estudios, el Gobierno Nacional por si solo o con la cooperación de la Intendencia del Meta procederá a construir la central hidroeléctrica que se ordena en esta Ley, que debe será apta para desarrollar un potencial eléctrico no inferior a seis mil caballos de fuerza (H.P.) (5.000 C.V.A.).
