º . Modifícase el artículo 49 del Decreto 2458 de 1997, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 49. Atribución de frecuencias. Corresponde al Ministerio de Comunicaciones atribuir los rangos de frecuencias del servicio Fijo-Móvil, para la operación de los sistemas de radiomensajes, planificar dichos rangos y definir su ámbito de cubrimiento".
