º Trámite de las reclamaciones. En desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo 108 de la Ley 100 de 1993, las sociedades administradoras deberán tramitar ante la respectiva entidad aseguradora de vida con la cual tengan contratado el seguro de invalidez y sobrevivientes, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en que el dictamen de invalidez quede en firme o se solicite el beneficio en caso de muerte, la reclamación por el aporte adicional necesario para financiar la pensión y el auxilio funerario, en su caso.
