º. Los Administradores principales de Correos y el general de Hacienda de Panamá. Formaran al fin de cada trimestre un cuadro del expendio de papel sellado y de estampillas en los Distritos a cuyo abasto deben atender; y lo remitirán al Ministerio de Hacienda. Un cuadro igual formara el Jefe de la Sección encargado en la Tesorería general de la distribución del papel sellado y de las estampillas, relativo al consumo en el Departamento de Cundinamarca.
