° Liquidación del Impuesto a las Ventas a devolver. Para efectos de la devolución del Impuesto a las Ventas cada Institución deberá liquidar bimestralmente el impuesto efectivamente pagado. Los períodos bimestrales son: Enero-febrero, marzo-abril, mayo-junio, julio-agosto, septiembre-octubre y noviembre-diciembre.
