Artículo único. Adiciónase el Decreto número 76 de 27 de Marzo último, en el sentido de que el 10 por 100 señalado allí como sobresueldo para los Oficiales zapadores, será devengado también por los respectivos Jefes y por los Habilitados, médicos, ingenieros militares e Inspectores de tales trabajos de zapadores. Comuníquese y publíquese.
