º. De la asignación de funciones . La dirección, coordinación, control y ejecución de las funciones a desarrollar por cada una de las Secciones establecidas en la estructura orgánica del Ministerio de Salud, serán asignadas mediante acto administrativo del Ministro, a profesionales vinculados a la planta de personal que se establece en el presente Decreto.
