Artículo octavo . Para cada familia indígena no podrá hacerse más de una adjudicación en cabeza de quien reúna mayores condiciones para ser adjudicatario. Sin embargo, en casos especiales en que por razón de las necesidades de la respectiva familia, el Instituto estime conveniente adjudicar parcelas a dos o más de sus miembros, podrá hacerlo, sin perjuicio de los derechos de los demás integrantes de la parcialidad.
