° La disposición del artículo 19 del mismo Decreto, en lo que se refiere á la admisión de propuestas por todo el Departamento, después de la adjudicación provisional por Provincias ó Municipios, ó por grupos de unos u otros, es potestativa para la Junta ante la cual se haga el remate, y por consiguiente no está obligada dicha Junta á admitir tales propuestas por todo el Departamento, aunque se hagan con el aumento del dos por ciento de que habla dicho artículo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
