Corresponde Igualmente al Jefe de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales dictar cualquier clase de providencia relacionadas con la exención de Impuestos nacionales, excepción hecha de los referentes a la importación y exportación de mercancías. Pero las que adopte con respecto a los impuestos de que trata el artículo anterior, requieren la aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y el previo concepto escrito de la Oficina de Control de Cambios.
