° El Habilitado, como responsable del Erario nacional, asegurará su manejo con fianza, en las proporciones siguientes : si fuese de Compañía suelta, con la suma de mil pesos ($ 1,000); si de Cuartel general, con la de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000); y si de Batallón ó Escuadrón, con la de res mil pesos ($ 3,000).
