En el acto de la indagatoria se pedirá al sindicado que nombre un apoderado. Cuando no lo haga, el funcionario de instrucción le nombrará uno de oficio. El apoderado se posesiona ante el funcionario de instrucción, y de ello se dejará constancia en el expediente.
