Art. 1.° Reconócese á cargo de la Nación y á favor de la señora Delfina Arango de Vezga y de las señoritas Ines y Mercedes Vezga, viuda é hijas legítimas del finado General José María Vezga, la suma de $ 2,400 que dejaron de pagarse á dicho General, por la pensión decretada por el Gobierno, en el tiempo transcurrido de 30 de Noviembre de 1884 á 30 de Noviembre de 1886, á razón de $ 100 mensuales. Dicha suma se pagará en una sola vez, en moneda corriente, y se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia.
