º Agregase al artículo 1º del Decreto 610 de 1980, el siguiente

Parágrafo

Exceptuase del requisito de título profesional, a los directivos docentes para el nivel básico secundario y medio vocacional, en las zonas de difícil acceso, comunidades y zonas indígenas. En estos casos, quien vaya a ejercer el cargo, debe acreditar grado ocho (8) en el Escalafón Nacional Docente y cinco (5) años de experiencia docente.
