Parágrafo 2

del artículo 8º del Decreto 1753 de 1994, quedará, así: "

Parágrafo 2

Cuando las actividades enumeradas en este artículo sean adelantadas por las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales o por las entidades creadas para desempeñar funciones de autoridad ambiental en los municipios, distritos y áreas metropolitanas, a que se refiere el artículo 12 del Decreto 1753 de 1994, la licencia ambiental será otorgada por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.
