Contenido del convenio. Los convenios a que alude el artículo 2.2.7.3.1 del presente Decreto señalarán, cuando menos

1.

El régimen de responsabilidad aplicable, el cual en ningún caso podrá prever condiciones que atenten contra los intereses del afiliado.

2.

El monto de la remuneración, que corresponderá al servicio que se presta.

3.

El término para la transferencia de los recursos y las sanciones por su incumplimiento. (Decreto 720 de 1994, artículo 9°) CAPÍTULO 4 RESPONSABILIDAD DE LAS SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRADORAS DEL SISTEMA GENERAL DE PENSIONES Y ORGANIZACIÓN DE LOS PROMOTORES
