Artículo quinto. Las personas que se consideren lesionadas por el no cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 15 de 1958, podrán solicitar del Ministerio del Trabajo la correspondiente investigación administrativa, que también podrá ser adelantada de oficio por los Inspectores del Trabajo.
