º. Revocatoria. La revocatoria de la declaratoria de monumentos nacionales o bienes de interés cultural que hayan sido declarados como tales por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional le corresponderá al Ministerio de Cultura, previo concepto del Consejo de que trata este decreto.
