º . El inciso primero del artículo primero del Decreto 3212 de 2002 quedará así: "Artículo 1º. El artículo 1º del Decreto 1126 de 2002, por medio del cual se modificó parcialmente el Decreto 393 de 2002 quedará así: "Artículo 35. Régimen transitorio. El Capítulo II del presente decreto sobre calificación de Proponentes, entrará a regir a partir del 1º de abril de 2003, hasta tal fecha el registro de proponentes existente, así como el régimen de renovación, inscripción, actualización o modificación, continuarán vigentes. Los demás incisos del artículo 1º del Decreto 3212 de 2002 no sufren modificación alguna".
