Auxilio Especial De Transporte

Decreto 604 de 2025 · por el cual se dictan normas en materia salarial para los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Auxilio especial de transporte . Los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses que se desempeñen en funciones de mensajería, tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, así

a)

Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes: ciento treinta y tres mil cuatrocientos veintitrés pesos ($133.423) moneda corriente, mensuales;

b)

Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes: ochenta y cuatro mil ciento seis pesos ($84.106) moneda corriente, mensuales;

c)

Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes: cincuenta y tres mil cuatrocientos treinta y dos pesos ($53.432) moneda corriente, mensuales;

d)

El personal de Unidades Básicas cuya cobertura se extienda a varios municipios tendrá derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte por valor de noventa mil trescientos veintiséis pesos ($90.326) moneda corriente, mensuales.
