La elección de ternas hechas por las Asambleas o la designación de empleados por las mismas entidades o por los Concejos, podrán ser acusados dentro de los diez días hábiles siguientes al en que se verificó el acto.

Anulada una terna, quedará virtualmente anulado el respectivo nombramiento.
