33, Los sueldos del personal de la Sección de Alfabetización y Construcciones Escolares, serán imputables al Fondo Escolar Nacional, artículo 1470, capítulo 79 del actual Presupuesto y del correspondiente que lo sustituya para las próximas vigencias presupuestales, en cuanto se refiere a personal nuevo y sólo en la mayor asignación en cuanto se refiere a empleados existentes con anterioridad. El personal de Interventores y Ayudantes Dibujantes de que trata el artículo 12 de este Decreto sólo se nombrará a medida que se vaya necesitando.
