La Nación, Los Departamentos, los Municipios y los establecimientos públicos, empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado y sociedades de economía mixta, en su caso, contribuirán con las cotizaciones patronales a que haya lugar cuando actúen analógicamente como patronos, en los eventos contemplados en el artículo 2o. de este Decreto.
