Reserva de agentes. Los agentes retirados temporalmente del servicio activo de la Policía, mientras no hayan cumplido sesenta (60) años las mujeres y sesenta y cinco (65) años los hombres y reúnan las condiciones de aptitud psicofísica requeridas, se consideran reservas de las Fuerzas Militares.
