Art. 3°. En el Código de Comercio de Panamá se entenderá República donde se habla de Estado de Panamá, y las referencias que en dicho Código se hacen á Leyes del mismo Estado, se entenderán hechas á las correspondientes disposiciones de los Códigos Nacionales.
