Los fondos del Montepío de colocarán en un Banco donde ganen interés, mientras se imponen á censo redimible de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el ordinal 5º del artículo 24, y no se hará sobre ellos ningún giro, sin las firmas del Tesorero del Establecimiento y del Ministro de Guerra.
