Los encargados del detall conocerán en primera instancia de las causas contra los Suboficiales y soldados por delito militar que sólo tenga señalada pena de prisión o de arresto hasta por un año. En los demás casos, conocerán de las causas que se sigan contra dichos individuos de tropa, por delito militar, los Consejos de Guerra ordinarios.
