°. CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN. Las disposiciones aquí previstas aplican a las personas naturales y jurídicas que desarrollen actividades de producción, almacenamiento, distribución, importación, comercialización y uso de antivenenos utilizados en el país para el tratamiento de accidentes causados por animales ponzoñosos y a las autoridades sanitarias que ejercen funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control.
