Los Ilustrísimos señores Obispos de Duitama y Espinal, no necesitaran otorgar fianzas para el manejo de los fondos que reciben y de que trata esta Ley, pero deberán rendir cuentas de la inversión a la Contraloría General de la Republica, por conducto de los Tesoreros o Síndicos de la respectiva Diócesis.
