El día último de cada mes enviarán al Vicerrector los empleados encargados del registro, el cuadro respectivo en que esté ya marcado al frente del nombre de cada alumno, un número que indique las faltas de asistencia, y como resumen se anotará el aprovechamiento relativo al mes.
