Artículo primero. Las compras de materiales, maquinarias, útiles y equipos para el servicio de las Intendencias y Comisarías, se verificarán en adelante por conducto del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, mediante pedidos que por cuenta de los respectivos territorios formule el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio de conformidad con las disposiciones orgánicas del citado Departamento.
