Quien es parte acusadora. El Fiscal. General de la Nación o el Agente que formule la acusación es parte acusadora. En los procesos de competencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en única instancia, el Fiscal General de la Nación formulará la acusación y actuará como parte, sin que pueda delegar esta función.
