Selección del Auditor Externo. La entidad vigilada deberá seleccionar al auditor externo con base en las calidades y criterios definidos en el acto administrativo que ordena su contratación dentro del término que allí señale la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. La entidad vigilada procederá a contratar al auditor externo, previo pronunciamiento de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia sobre su independencia e idoneidad.
