Terminado el escrutinio general y hecho el cómputo total de los votos válidos que se hayan emitido por cada una de las listas y candidatos, municipio por municipio, se procederá a hacer constar los resultados en actas, expresando en letras y números los votos obtenidos por cada lista o candidato; realizado lo cual, se aplicarán los cuocientes electorales para la declaratoria de elección de Concejales de cada uno de los municipios, de Consejeros Intendenciales o Comisariales, según el caso, de Diputados, Representantes y Senadores y se expedirán las correspondientes credenciales.
