º. Son funciones del Ministro, además de las que le señalan la Constitución, la ley, el Decreto 1050 de 1968 y el Presidente de la República, las siguientes
a)
Fijar políticas, dirigir y orientar la formulación de los planes, programas y proyectos de desarrollo del Sector del Interior;
b)
Orientar y coordinar la gestión de todas las dependencias del Ministerio;
c)
Coordinar las entidades que pertenecen al Sector del Interior;
d)
Velar porque las entidades, que pertenecen al Sector del Interior, cumplan las normas legales y reglamentarias pertinentes;
e)
