ARTICULO 100 . FACULTADES EN LA INDAGACION PRELIMINAR. Para el cumplimiento de los fines de la indagación preliminar, el investigador hará uso de los medios de prueba legalmente reconocidos. Podrá oírse en exposición espontánea al presunto encartado, a quien se le permitirá el abono de sus dichos la adjunción o entrega de documentos que harán parte del expediente. En todo caso se le hará la prevención del artículo 33 de la Constitución Política, dejándose de ello expresa constancia. CAPITULO II. INVESTIGACION FORMAL
