Recibido Un Expediente Por El Consejo Profesional Nacional De Ingeniería Y Arquitectura Ordenará Se Fije El Asunto En Lista Por El Término De Cinco (5) Días Con El Objeto De Que Dentro De Él , El Interesado Presente Las Pruebas Y Alegatos Que Estime Pertinentes

Recibido un expediente por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura ordenará se fije el asunto en lista por el término de cinco (5) días con el objeto de que dentro de él , el interesado presente las pruebas y alegatos que estime pertinentes. Completas las pruebas, el Consejo decidirá el recurso dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a tal hecho.

Parágrafo

Las Universidades que expidan título de Ingeniero o Arquitecto, deben remitir de oficio al Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura y al Consejo Seccional respectivo, la lista certificada de los títulos o diplomas que expidan, para que puedan tramitarse las matriculas, pudiendo el Consejo requerir el envío de estas listas a las universidades que no las hayan mandado.
