º . El literal c) del artículo 13 del Decreto 277 de 2001 quedará así: ... c) Los resultados de la elección se definirán por la mayoría absoluta. Se repetirá la votación las veces que sea necesario para obtener la decisión, entre quienes depositaron su voto. En este caso no aplicará el término previsto en el inciso primero del artículo anterior. Si hubiere empate se repetirá la votación por una vez. De persistir el empate, se aplicarán las normas previstas en el Código Electoral.
