Los pasaportes oficiales otorgados a las personas de que tratan los literales a), d), f) y g) del artículo 9º tendrán validez por el término del desempeño del cargo, comisión, calidad o condición en virtud de los cuales fueron expedidos, y un mes más, y deberán ser devueltos dentro de los 15 días siguientes al vencimiento de dicho término.
