Artículo octavo. De las prohibiciones establecidas en el aparte c) del artículo 3º y en los artículos 4º y 5° de este Decreto, quedan exceptuados los funcionarios de la Sección de Pesca y Caza del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional y los institutos científicos que en cada caso obtengan autorización de la misma Sección.
