El Servicio Médico de los Ministerios elaborará la ficha clínica de cada empleado y llevará los registros de trabajo que le permitan producir la estadística de morbilidad y mortalidad del personal en la forma que se determinará en el reglamento especial. Cuando un empleado no acepte el Servicio Médico de los Ministerios, serán de su cargo los honorarios del médico que se los preste, pero las certificaciones de incapacidad solo se admitirán cuando sean expedidos por tal Servicio.
