ARTICULO 2.4.5.2.3 .- JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La junta directiva de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A. FEN, estará integrada por los siguientes miembros - El Ministro o el viceministro de Minas y Energía, quien la presidirá. - El Ministro o el viceministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o el director general de crédito público. - El jefe o el subjefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. - El presidente de Ecopetrol. - Un delegado del Presidente de la República que haya sido presidente o vicepresidente o miembro de la junta directiva de una entidad financiera.
