Todos los operadores de la JEP deberán interpretar las normas pertinentes y tomar sus decisiones teniendo como principio orientador que la paz, como derecho síntesis, es condición necesaria para el ejercicio y disfrute de todos los demás derechos. En este sentido el acuerdo final será parámetro de interpretación de las normas que rigen la JEP, en los términos del Acto Legislativo número 02 de 2017.
