Los Directores de Higiene de los Departamentos e Intendencias los Inspectores y Médicos de Sanidad y los puertos quedan con la obligación de asistir a los cursos de especialización en asuntos sanitarios que se establezcan en el Instituto, tan pronto como vayan siendo llamados por el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Estos empleados tendrán derecho a viáticos de ida y regreso al lugar de su residencia y seguirán devengando su sueldo durante el tiempo que permanezcan haciendo curso de especialización.
