º Las decisiones a que se refieren los ordinales a), c), e) y h) del Artículo anterior, y aquellas que traten de asuntos de carácter general, constaran en acuerdos discutidos y aprobados en dos sesiones diferentes. Estos acuerdos deben ser aprobados por el Ministerio de Gobierno. Las demás decisiones constarán en resoluciones. Todas las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría de votos y constituye quórum para el funcionamiento legal de la Junta la concurrencia de tres de sus miembros.
