Articulo 60. Cuando el producto de la venta de la mercancia en publica subasta no alcanse a cubrir el credito que exista en favor de la Zona esta tendra que ser expedida sus acciones y podra ejercerlas por la via juridicial correspondiente contra el deudor por el saldo insoluto.
