Los envíos postales una vez recibidos por el Operador Postal y en tanto no lleguen al destinatario, serán responsabilidad del Operador Postal y este responderá por incumplimiento en las condiciones de prestación del servicio postal o por pérdida, expoliación o avería del objeto postal mientras no sea entregado al destinatario o devuelto al remitente, según sea el caso, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 25 de esta ley.
