Modifíquense los subliterales e.1. y e.3. del artículo 2.9.20.1.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "e.1. Realizar cualquier operación en el mercado utilizando información privilegiada, en los términos del artículo 75 de la Ley 45 de 1990, 258 de la Ley 599 de 2000 y el artículo 7.6.1.1.1 del presente decreto.". "e.3. Con base en dicha información, aconsejar la adquisición o venta de un valor en el mercado, según lo previsto en el artículo 75 de la Ley 45 de 1990 y el artículo 258 de la Ley 599 de 2000.".
