Dividendos repartibles. El saldo de utilidades, luego de las apropiaciones que ordena la ley, se distribuirá entre los accionistas en proporción a las acciones que cada uno posea, salvo que la Asamblea General de Accionistas lo destine dentro de los límites legales, a crear otros fondos de reserva o especiales.
